EU VAT VIES Service: MS_MAX_CONCURRENT_REQ and MS_UNAVAILABLE errors
Simple solution -> simply use VIES proxy https://www.viesproxy.eu/.
In case of errors it will re-try multiple times, if EU servers are offline or maxxed out it will check your VAT number by itself and perform a follow-up re-check with EU servers every 10 minutes and send a screenshot of their result for your records.
